Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Options

We offer both collection from our West Yorkshire yard and delivery.

2. Collection

Orders can be collected by prior arrangement. Please contact us to book a suitable time.

Risk in the goods passes to you at the point of collection.

3. Delivery

Delivery is available across the UK.

•  Free delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our yard on qualifying orders (please ask for current details).

•  Deliveries outside this area are charged according to distance, weight and access. A quotation will be provided before you confirm your order.

4. Pre-Loading Check

Every load is carefully inspected by us before loading. A walk-around video of the loaded vehicle is taken as a record of the condition of the stone when it leaves our yard.

Any damage that occurs after this point is the responsibility of the courier / transport company.

5. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within an agreed timeframe once the order is confirmed and paid.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, vehicle availability or access issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

6. Unloading

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access and to unload the stone safely on arrival (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Our drivers are not insured or equipped to unload heavy stone.

7. Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect the stone carefully on delivery.

Any damage, shortages or issues must be reported to us in writing with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. After this time the goods are deemed accepted.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or the customer not being available, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
